Quickbooks PDF files wont open [2023]

i am using QB enterprise and have been having issues with pdf openning up in quickbooks.  i restart my comupter to be able to open pdf in QB. OR i restart my computer to open Acrobat.  either way if one has started the other wont open.  I called QB and they said to call Acrobat. Acrobat reinstalled their program but i am still having the same issue.  i followed online fix and it did not work. my program is up to date and i have no anti virus.

Post an example PDF from QB so we can see if it has a problem.

exaampls are payroll tax forms. none open if i have already opened acrobat, even if i have exited acrobat.
