Quiz in Adobe Acrobat PDF

Hello, 

Im making a quiz test in a PDF with radio button. I think could be fine when somebody click on a field it turn red or green when is correct. 

For example:

When somebody click on the button in A, it turn green if click in other in red. 
I called group as "Question" and the field as "A,B,C,D".

I see I could do with Javascript but Im not so good programming, I was triying but no getting result.

I did something like this but no work, someone could help me ?
