I have a full Adobe Pro license, and in the last week or so, when I click on 'Export a pdf' within the menu, it simply doesn't repond - at all.
I've tried multiple docs/re-booted (obvs!), and am running a fully patched Win 1 Pro device. None of the .pdf have any security settings to stop conversion either.
Nothing in the config of my Adobe setup has changed, and if I can avoid the faff of uninstalling and re-installing software (because who has time for that when running a business!!), that would be preferable.
As Adobe don't appear to have invested in a sensible ticketing system for their customers, it's be brilliant if the community were to be able to help. Thanks!

@Suze_GCA Since it worked last week, and not acouple of days ago, I would assume you may have corrupted preferences. Corrupted prefs is usually the #1 cause of sudden, unresponsive buttons and tools in Adobe products!
Close Adobe Acrobat Pro completely. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\ and press Enter. This will open the Acrobat preferences folder. Navigate to the folder corresponding to your version. Rename the preferences folder inside (e.g., rename the JPMConfig or AVPref folder, or any large folder, to something like [OriginalName]_OLD). You can also simply rename the entire version folder (e.g., rename DC to DC_OLD). Relaunch Acrobat. Acrobat will generate a completely fresh set of preference files. Test the "Export a PDF" tool.
