When trying to access a Tool in Acrobat Pro, I receieve the following messag "More tool components are being installed. We'll let you know when you can use the tool".

This message has been persistant for days. I have restarted the computer and Adobe Acrobat multiple times. Logged in/out of Acrobat and Creative Cloud with a computer restart but am unable to resolve the issue.

Hoping someone has a solution that worked for them

I contacted  Adobe Remote Support. They remotely accessed my computer and resolved the issue.

Megan, do you have any context for what they did to resolve this?

It looked like it involved unistalling and reinstalling. But appeared to require multiple steps beyond what I (personally) know to do when un/reinstalling. All in all, I'd say the whole ordeal took about 15 minutes from initating the remote support chat with AI, being transferred to a representative, and having them access my computer remotely to resolving the issue. It was pretty efficient.
