We are reaching out to address an ongoing issue regarding the saving path of signed documents in Acrobat. It has come to our attention that Acrobat is remembering the last selected path and saving the document there. Specifically, when using the "Save as" option, it directs the path to the local computer instead of WebDav. However, the "Save" option allows saving on the server.
Efforts that have been made to troubleshoot this matter including:
*Multiple reinstallation attempts of the IT Hit Edit Doc Opener add-on on both computers.
*Conducting tests on various browsers after installing the required extensions.
*Repeated uninstallation and reinstallation of plugins in both Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers.

*Multiple uninstallations of Adobe Reader DC 64-bit, including the full version.
*Conventional uninstallation and cleaning of residues in the registry and files using AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe, geek.exe tools.
*Manual removal of residues in the ProgramData and Temp directories.
*The issue persists even after logging into another user profile on the same computer.
*Individuals reporting the problem were unable to replicate the error on other test devices.
*Comparison of Adobe application configuration options with settings of individuals whose paths generate correctly.
*Comparison of registry keys where correct and incorrect paths to saved locations are stored.
