"Specify where to sign" button does nothing

I am trying to create a pdf with signature fields to send to others, but when I am going through the process and get to the page where I am supposed to select where the fields are to go, nothing happens and I am just stuck in the Fill & Sign screen. When I click to proceed, it loads for a split second then doesn't do anything else.

I wish I could give you help, but the same is happening to me. I enter all the emails then click the blue specify where to sign and nothing happens.

In another post a user suggested trying to do it from the web based version not te desktop and it worked for me! Bes t of luck!
