Hope you are doing well.

Please try the following steps to see if that helps!

  • Save your work and close all the applications.
  • Run the repair for the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64&x86) and try again.

         - To repair: Go to > Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features > Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (right click>Manage and repair)

i have same problem when i launch premiere pro it took some time to load and then this error appear every time and i installed it first in my ssd  then i removed all the files and uninstalled it and tried it in hdd but same error appear i tried your solution but not working

After months of having this issiue I have discover what works for me!!! I had to turn second monitor which I am using for editing. With one monitor on - Premere stats every time. - Make sure monitor is completly turn off. (unplug HDMI cable as power switch on my monitor is not turning it off completly)

I haverun into this issue twice in 90 days but I am working on a Lenovo. Is this happening on Apple or other computer brands as well?
