When attempting to install acrobat DC on my 2019 macbook pro Mojave 10.14.6 through the creative cloud app, the percentage doesn't reach 100% and at some point it stops and a, "You have installed acrobat dc" message pops up.  But the app is not installed and all I can do is click install again only for the same thing to happen.  Any ideas?

Acrobat DC requires Catalina or later. It does not support Mojave.
