Quote Template Calculations- Java Help needed!

I have a form that I'm creating in pdf that was perfect in excel but we don't want to use excel for this form. I have column headers: Qty, Description, Cost, MarkUp %, Sell (cost), and Total (cost). I cannot get the  markup column to function like I need it to. I need it to have an actual percent number placed, for example 3% and have it show up as 3% and then do the calculation for the cost*mu%+cost+sell. I am almost done with this form but I cannot get the mark up% figured out so the other columns calculate correctly so that my figures at the bottom also sync. Attached is the form I'm using. ANY and ALL help would be greatly appreciated. I've been seeking help elsewhere as well as researching myself and frankly; the boss is tired of waiting. This form will change the way our sales dept does their quotes!

Where is the result supposed to appear? You're missing the SELL and TOTAL fields...

Anyway, you can use exactly this formula as the Simple Field Notation option under the Calculate tab of the target field, just adjust the field names.

So for the first row it will be (assuming the Sell fields will be named the same as the others):

(COSTRow1*MURow1)+COSTRow1+SellRow1

Thank you so much for taking your time to assist me. I am still hung up on the formatting of the MU % - the mark up percent so that it displays as the actual percent we are using but then the formulation in the background works... I feel like I'm not being clear. I've attached a screenshot of the calculations and values: Cost is OUR cost for one of the described item; MU% is the mark up percent we're using; SELL is the cost for one item at the marked up price and TOTAL is the total for the QTY * SELL.... LMK if this makes it less confusing... Thanks!

I'm sorry, but I don't follow. Is this the correct output? The quantity wasn't at all included in the formula you shared...
