Hi!
I have created a couple of forms that include 2 linked check boxes / radio buttons. I set the buttons over "AM / PM" and would like only one checked at a time. When I fill in the form the check boxes work perfectly. However, when I try to flatten the form it automatically checks all of the check boxes. I can not figure out how to flatten the form leaving only one of the options checked "AM" or "PM". I do not want both boxes checked upon flattening. Only the one that was selected when the form is being filled out.
Is there a setting that would fix this? Maybe in the flattening parameters? I cant figure it out.
Please help!

What does you use when you flatten the form?

I am using Acrobat Pro 10.1.16. I use the following procedure to flatten: Menu --> Edit-->Preflight-->Flatten Annotations and Form Fields.
