Radio Button preselected on form

New Here ,
Jan 13, 2020 Jan 13, 2020

I am creating a fillable form, with several Yes/No options along the way. I've used radio buttons for each one, each question as a different group with the 2 radio buttons linked to it.

I have the first two questions displaying as if they've already been answered. The radio button for Yes is selected on the first question and No on the second question. They are definitely not set that way. I've deleted the radio buttons and recreated them. I've deleted the group and recreated it. Nothing is fixing the problem. In fact, on preview and on trial run, those boxes cannot even be clicked on.

Hi ,

Can you share a screenshot of what you get?

Also which Acrobat version are you using ?

Are you using any javascript with  your radio buttons?

Have you correctly set the radio button field name and export values?  All fields in the group have to have the same name, but different export values.
