I have set up a list of 3 items using radio buttons - I have formatted them to look the way I want - which is a square with ta checkmark. It looks fine, even works fine when I review it. However, if I send it to someone, the form they received shows the radio buttons as circles and fills them in when selected. I have looked and searched but can't find any answers to why this would be.
Any ideas out there? I don't think this should be so complicated.
Confirm with the recipient if they are viewing the form with a web browser or a third-party document viewer instead of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
