Radio Buttons

I am using the radio buttons in Adobe Pro DC.  What I am trying to do is I have 5 buttons to pick from.  They can only pick 1 of the 5, but if they pick #3 there are 4 options under that choice they need to pick.  I only want them to be able to pick that if they pick #3.  How do I set this up?  Thanks for the help!!

A field's properties of read onlly and visible can be set by JavaScript actions for a field. I would look at using such a script.

Can you tell me where I would be able to find how to code items using JavaScript?  I would need to know the most basic items.  Thanks.
