Dear all,

Dell replaced my motherboard yesterday (again...). It does not seem to bother Creative Cloud, but Acrobat Pro 2017 does complain and asks me to purchase it again! I logged in with my Adobe account (the one where, I just checked online, Acrobat has been registered), but it is not enough.

How do I solve this problem?

Thanks for any tip !

You need to re-activate the application. If you didn't deactivate it before and you ran out of activations contact Adobe (via chat or phone) and request an "activation count reset".
