Set Default Page View to either "Fit to Height" or "Zoom to Page Level"

What I'm looking for is a way to have Adobe automatically apply "Fit Page" or "Zoom to Page Level" to the bookmarks that are automatically created when I combine my PDF files.  The default is "Fit Width" which is useless when one is dealing with multiple page sizes and orientations.  It is actually very simple... I want to make Adobe behave correctly when it combines and creates the bookmarks.  I should not have to perform a secondary edit procedure to accomplish this simple thing.
