We are getting the same thing. Trying to get support for the Unified Installer for Acrobat and support either doesnt want to talk to us, or just terminates the conversation.
Searching the community threads as support is a poor execuse of a support portal, especially when there is quite a number of posts with the same issue (or similar) and no response from the company or any "experts". If there is a response it's "your in the wrong location" and search the community.

The thing is, this is not really Adobe Support. It's a community forum, with mostly help from fellow-users, and sometimes by official Adobe Employees. If you want to get a proper reply from Adobe, you need to contact them directly, either via chat or Twitter.
