I am experiencing the same issue on Windows 11 pro and the pro edition of Adobe. Now this problem has now been known for several years - I wonder when Adobe will act to fix this rather annoying problem instead of just talking?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

We did roll out a fix with the December release, which had a fix for the issue. If you still experience the issue, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [iOS/ Android] and its version;

3. A screen recording video of the event for better understanding.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the video recording.

 

As you have the latest version of Acrobat and still experiencing this issue, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and the Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
