Listen Adobe, we have less than 6 weeks until we are in 2025. Every company has some kind of evolutionary/advanced version of AI and it's like you guys are stuck in 2004. You guys need to get it together with your read along settings on the app version. There is no reason why I need to be fighting to 1 find a decent voice to listen to when Google have thousands of extememly diverse options that could also be downloaded (for the free, mind you) and we can't even use them in the Adobe app or web. Or regulate the cadence speed that the speaker is talking. What is going on? I need for us to get on board with Modern technology because at this point, what am I paying for exactly if I cannot use the most basic features with a premium account? There are too many requests for change and suggestions on the read along settings. Please get this fixed prior to the new year. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for your feedback.
Would you mind letting us know the app that you are using? This will help us take the correct approach when sharing a resolution.
Is it Acrobat for Mac/Windows or Reader Mobile for Android?
Look forward to hearing from you.

Try to revert to the Classic UI: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-2023-how-to-revert-to-classic-gui-user-in...
Consider the "new Acrobat" as a beta version, many features are still missing or half-implemented.

JR, thanks for your timely input but I've already experienced the reader. I'm looking for a resolution, not another work around. You're greatly appreciated.

It's not a workaround, it's a choice between two interfaces.
I've tested the ‘New UI’ but I've never used it for work, and I hope I never have to. Otherwise I'd be tempted to check out what the competition is offering.
