Reader Extended PDF error in 2023

From Acrobat Pro version 10.1.16, I am unable to save a Reader Extended PDF with the option 'Enable Additional Features' enabled. The error message displayed is: 'This document could not be Reader Enabled'.
The error only occurred in 2023. By setting the system clock back to 2022, the function works again.

Use Acrobat DC Pro.

This is correct. The old certificate expired and can no longer be applied in older versions of Acrobat.
