Dear Adobe specialist,

 

I have received automatic payment for Adobe products that I do not use anything extra this year, it was charged automaticcaly 10.78 USD from my work credid card account.

 

Please help to understand what it was charged for?

We checked your current Adobe account but couldn't find any subscription under it. There's likely a chance you have used a different email address to register on Adobe and purchased that.

Please contact me via phone as (Personal info removed by Adobe Mod. Please don't share any personal info like phone number or email address on public post due to security reasons.)

 

The reccomendations that you have listed to press: Click on "Contact us" in the lower right corner of this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html. --> it does not work for me. I have logged in in my accound and tried to follow the reccommendations, but it turns around in general page. Is it really so complicated process to get support???
