Receiving error when Printing to Adobe PDF

Receiving the following message when printing to PDF, just started yesterday. I did have a Windows update this week.. any help appreicated.

With our latest release on 12th May. 2020, the issue reported by you has been addressed.

Same issue. And I am not using Chrome. I am simply trying to Print to PDF by changing the size of the orignal page. I have never had any issues converting files. Now this issue happens.

I'm getting the message below in acrobat pro constantly. Adobe have said there is a bug - its coming up to about 8 months of waiting for this bug to be fixed. I have tried all of the things listed here - as well as Adobe agents remoting in.

Any further thoughts or knowledge of bug-fix timescales?
