Recently purchased Adobe Acrobat (64-bit). What are the features and capabilies

   I need to convert pdf files to MS Excel. Other products that I had tried claimed to be able to do that, but in fact they did not. 
   Is that a feature of Acrobat 64-bit? Also, where can I get a complete list of Acrobat's features and capabilities?
