Hallo miteinander,

 

ich möchte einmal ein Problem schildern und hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann.

Ich helfe einemm Freund der Familie manchmal mit seinem PC. Der Mann ist schon 72 und er klickt sich gerne durchs Internet.

Jetzt hat er Post von Adobe bekommen, dass er sein Abo für Acrobat Pro DC nicht bezahlt hat und soll Mahngebühren entrichten.

Was soll ich sagen. Der Mann ist 72 und weiß gerade mal, wo er den PC anmachen muss. Die E-Mails waren in seinem Spam-Ordner und er war überfordert. Jetzt ist er an mich herangetrreten und bittet um Hilfe. Er weiß auch nichts von einem Adobe-Konto und ist total am Ende.

 

Ich finde keine Teleonnummer und die beschriebenen Kontaktadressen zum Support passen alle nicht zum Anliegen. Weiß vielleicht jemand von Euch, an wen ich mich wenden kann?
