Hello, I would like to create forms in Adobe Acrobat that different people should fill out. The forms cannot always be separated so that only one person fills out the form. Is there a way in Adobe Acrobat to clearly assign the entries of different people in the form fields to individual people? Is it possible to lock form fields for certain people or is it only possible for individual forms? Do you need a Javascript code for such a procedure?

In theory, a code can be used to lock/unlock specific fields based on the Identity object, but it's quite tricky to implement and will probably not work without installing a script on the local machine of each user. Also, not far from secure, so if this is a sensitive document I would not recommend you rely on this method. In that case you should use something more reliable, like a web-based form.
Hi, thanks for your answer. I see what you mean. We still have paper folders and I want to digitize them. I wanted to scan them by the printer scanner and digitize the further processing as well. The file grows because a few pages are added every few months. The transition from a paper folder to a PDF file is not as big as going directly to a web form. That would be important for acceptance. That's why I wanted to turn the file into a PDF file. Do you have any other ideas on how to do it?
