Ensure your application is updated. To check for pending updates, launch Acrobat> Help Menu> Check for updates.
Is it possible for you to share the file with us? Also, let us know if this happens with all files or if it is an intermittent issue. What version of Acrobat is installed on your machine? To check the version, Launch Acrobat> Help > About Adobe Acrobat.
