Redact Pop Up

Hello, 

This is my first time posting for help. Excuse me being unexperienced here.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and when I try to "Redact Text And Images" a strange pop up shows up and stays forever blocking anything I want to do.  How do I get rid of this?

I am using Mac Os as below.

You can't redact in Reader. You need to have Acrobat for that. The pop-up window probably prompts you to buy it.
