REDACT - Thinks I am using UNPAID version - I am not

I just signed up and now pay for DC.  It should include REDACT.  Yet when i click on using it my MAC thinks I am using a free version.

What can I do?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, redact thinks you are using the unpaid version

I have checked the account associated with the email you are using on this community and found an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC  purchased recently.

Please logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID/email and check.

Note: Make sure you are using the Acrobat Pro DC (Paid subscription) application and not the Acrobat Reader DC (freeware application).
