Wondering if someone has come across this issue before. I have a client that is using the redaction tool and im trying to select 1 line of text. For some reason its adding redaction boxes randomly all over the document...
I figured it was probably the pdf that was the issue so I created a new one, with just 3 lines of text. Nothing fancy, no forms etc... just 3 lines of normal text. The redaction tool is still doing the same thing where it just black out things randomly
As a last ditch effort I fully uninstalled everything Adobe. So cloud and DC. Reinstalled a fresh copy and made sure it was latest and greatest. We are still having the same issue. The workaround to hold control and just manually select a box works but my client wants this fixed and working the normal way.
