Redirect Error when trying to send PDF for signatures

When I click request e-signatures for a pdf, I get a too many redirects error on the "Prepare Document" page. This started just this week (on 6/20/22) - before this date, I was able to send documents for e-signatures with no issues.

I should add that I am using the online version of Adobe. I have tried using 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox) and I get the same error in all of them. I've tried deleting the cache and cookies on all those browsers as well, to no avail.

I need this fixed ASAP!
