Hola, tengo un problema. Habia adquirido la prueba gratuita de adobe acrobat pro por 14 dias. Al finalizar omiti cancelarla y se me debito el importe corrrspondiente a un mes, por lo cual cancele la suscripcion y efevtivamente se me reintegro el monto. Sin embargo hoy me hize una transferencia por mercado pago y se me desconto de adobe siendo que ya habia sido cancelada la suscripcion y devuelto el importe, y siendo que no volvi a solicitarlo. Como puedo pedir un reembolso de algo que ya cancele, se me devolvio y quito de nuevo sin mi consentimiento?

With the cancel, Adobe gave you an estimate. It takes around 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
