Sir, i have created an account a long time ago with registered email [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] which is now not existed. Please help me recover it or either delete the account permanently for security purpose!

You will need to contact Adobe customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
