Reinstall Version Removed by Acrobat Trial

Community Beginner ,
Nov 07, 2016 Nov 07, 2016

The trial version overwrote the version I had installed on my machine, and I can't reload it with the CD back on my machine due to the Windows version I have.  The program was working in Windows 10 until the trial version overwrote it.  What can I do to get the feature capability back?

This is the message I get…

Here is the license information of the version that is running on my computer now…

The version I had on my computer prior to the above version taking over was the 2015 release of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Windows. The following error is what I get when I try to load this program from my CD…

Thank You,

Doreen

Your solution isn't working for me.  What I need to know is if I can download an equitable version that works with Windows 10 while using my current key from my CD (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 12.0).  This CD version is registered already and it was working until just this week.  I have had Windows 10 for a few months now, so I don't know why the trial overwrote my existing version.  Without the full access of this program I can't complete my daily work.

I have removed the Acrobat DC Pro from my machine and have tried reinstalling it from my CD, and I get the message referred to above, "This application cannot be installed on this operating system. Setup will now terminate. Please refer to the minimum system requirements at http://www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_system_reqs."  I believe that this is still relating to the fact that I upgraded to Windows 10 early this year, but I was still able to run the full program after this upgrade.  Now since the trial overwrote my program I cannot reload it from my CD.  What can I do?  I need the program!

I did find a version from the website that I could download, which did prompt me to input my serial number.  It didn't ask the last time I tried, so I don't need any more help.
