Reinstalling after Hard Drive Crash ... unable to validate Serial Number

My hard drive crashed, and I am reinstalling Adobe Acrobat (I believe Professional).

However, when I attempted to register, was given a message indicating that Adobe was unable to validate my serial number.

Is this fatal?  How can I fix this?
