I just got a pdf file for me to fill in. Sounds easy. I just open Adobe Pro, click on the "fill and sign" feature and use crosses to tick off every box. Though that's not as easy as one would think... Adobe creates these blue auto boxes which makes it impossible for me to use the cross function directly on the box. In the picture I dragged the first three to the corresponding box. Pretty annoying I have to say and very time inefficient.
Is there a way to turn that off? I know it's a pretty rudimentary way of using Adobe Pro, but something as basic as this should work right?
Please keep in mind that it's not my pdf, I didn't make it. There were no forms involved in the making of the pdf and none to use.
Thanks in advance for the answer.

The creator of the form should have added form fields to it. Since they didn't, now your task is much more difficult...
You can add them yourself, using the Add Field tool, under Prepare Form mode. As a bonus, it will be easier for you to fill in or edit this form in the form, if you'll need to do so.
I'm not sure what those blue boxes are, but the Fill & Sign tool is quite limited and clunky.

Thank you!
Yes, I figured that it would've been easier had it been adapted for use right from the start. But unfortunately...
I tried to create the form and add the boxes but seeing as I will only use this PDF once it seems like a bit of a waste of time. Plus the form creator in Adobe isn't that great I feel.
I'm still hoping for someone to tell me what the blue boxes are, they are seriously in my way haha.
Thanks for the help!
