Hi,
I have a PDF document (http://www.norelcosafecam.com/site/files/pdf/Credit App Fillable.pdf) that I need to upload to my company website. But I notice that when I downloaded it from my Outlook inbox (receptionist sent me the document via e-mail in Outlook) and then hover my mouse over it, some text slides into view at the top saying, "Midway Truck Center Inc.". I need to remove this text, which I think might be called alt text.
The thing is, I'm not sure if I have any software that can help me remove this. Also, I'm not sure how to remove this text at all. I have a trial version of Acrobat Reader DC (8 days left on my trial). But I notice that Acrobat Reader DC still asks me to purchase certain extensions to do things like Edit the document.
How can I remove this text at the top of the document that slides into place when I hover my mouse over the document?
Thank you kindly.

First of all, there's no trial version for Adobe (Acrobat) Reader, as it's
a free application. If you have a trial version installed it's probably of
Adobe Acrobat, which is indeed what you need.
If that's what you have then you can remove this text by going to File -
Properties - Description and editing the Title field.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply.
Regarding my version of Acrobat. It says "Acrobat DC" and "Trial (Expires in 5 days)" — I thought I had 8 days left. So yes, I am using Acrobat, not Reader, thanks.
Thanks for your solution, it's a quick and easy fix — I'm not accustomed to the Acrobat UI.
