I need to remove headers and footers in order to convert the book into an audio format with the use of text-to-speech software. The software reads all the text on pages. Therefore, I need to delete headers and footers completely. If I merely redact them, as shown in the link, will they still remain as an invisible layer of text? If so, the text-to-speech software may still read such text layer.
