Removing text from certain areas in a PDF page

I'd like to remove all text in a fixed area in all pagesof a  PDF document (e.g.,  from x = 0pt, y = page bottom to x = page width, y = 200 pt from bottom). Is this possible using Acrobat DC javascript?

Yes, you can create a Redaction annotation (using addAnnot) over this area of each page and then apply it (using applyRedactions).
