I attempted to replace a page in my document while preserving previously added texts but to no success. Is there a way to replace pages in a document while preserving the texts/comments made on the page?

Have you added the text at form fields?

Thanks for your help!
I don't think so? I added the text using "Edit Text & Image" -> "Add Text". Looks like a text box.

Use the Replace pages function available in the Thumbnails panel, only the page layout is replaced, comments and form fields remain in place.

Sorry I should clarify, I did use the Replace Pages function, the links are preserved but it wipes out the free-texts I added on the pages. I have Acrobat Standard version. I'm not sure if that matters. Is there a setting I need to turn on?

Use the Edit tool. First, select everything on the page, then Shift + click on the text boxes you don't want to delete. Then press delete. Now go to your new PDF, and using the Edit tool, select everything. Go back to the destination PDF and paste.
