Hello!
I have Adobe Pro through my organisation. When I select request e-signatures there is an infomration box saying that I do not have permissions and to contact my administrator.
I have done this and they have looked and checked at the subscription and my system and everything is correct. We have also checked other Pro users and they have the ability to complete this task.
Could somone please help provide an alternative solution to this problem.

Please confirm if you are using the same email address for the Acrobat Sign, which is used here in the community. We checked the account with that email address, and it shows inactive. If another organization had previously used the account, they might have made it inactive.
If you are referring to the alternate account, please share the email address in a private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Thank you Meenaksi, yes I am using the same email address. I now do not have the option to request esignatures through. Seems to be going from bad to worse.
I hope you can help fix this.
