I have been having persistent issues with requesting e-signatures for a few months. Most recently, our IT Administrator set my Product Role to "Acrobat Sign Account Admin" in an attempt to resolve the issue. This has not worked. I have tried various other suggestions in other posts in the support community without success.
The specific errors I receive are:
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Note that my email address was previously affiliated with a different organization, and that organization's subscription is no longer active. The address is currently affiliated with a different organization as my business profile, and the account appears to be active. In particular, when I log in to account.adobe.com/plans, various apps and services are identified as being included in my plan (including Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Sign, for instance).

We have checked your account with the email address you used to sign in here in the community. The account shows as inactive for both Creative Cloud and Acrobat Sign. Would you mind sharing the email address you are using to sign in to your Adobe account in a private message?
