Request e-signatures buffering indefinitely

Hello, 

I'm trying to request signatures through Adobe Acrobat Pro: Online. After I upload the document for which I'm requesting signatures, the e-signature portal buffers indefinitely, as shown in the picture below. Wondering if there's another way to request signatures, or if there's something else I can do to get the file to appear within the e-signature portal.

Are you still facing the issue? If so, please try signing out of the Acrobat app, signing back in, and restarting the app. Additionally, if possible, try switching to a different network to see if the issue persists.
