Hello, I have a paid license, but I can't request signatures from third parties. We've tried many things, and tech support isn't giving us any answers. Has this happened to you?

We experienced certain server issues related to the feature in the previous days.
The servers are now up and running. Would you mind trying out the features again and letting us know if it works for you?
That said, have you checked if the documents you are sending comply with your account's transaction limits?

Also, I checked that your cases from assisted support channels are closed. If you request a new callback, please feel free to share your timezone and a preferred date and time you need the callback on.
