Have you started experiencing this issue after the recent update?
What are the steps you are taking to request a signature? Are you requesting signatures via Adobe Acrobat or via the web? A small video recording would be very helpful.
Please make sure you have the recent version 23.01.2006x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to request signatures via the web https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.
