Requesting e-signatures not working

When I request an e-signature, the correct window pops uo for me to enter the valid email addresses. After I've added the emails, I'm unabke to click "Specify where to sign". The bubble is blue and appears working untgil I click that button and nothing happens. I've refreshed and re-installed the app with no luck. This is amking my job so difficult, please help!

I am suddenly having the same issue. I click on request e-signature, I enter the email address, click the specify where to sign button, but the button doesn't do anything. Please help!!

It just says that e signature doesnt work --- which is the main reason we have adobe.... so frustrating. Been like this for weeks now....
