After my last update, my signatures are no longer available and I can't upload a new signature. Can someone explain how to recover the lost signatures or reset a preference so they are accessible again?

An update for Adobe Reader 2019.010.20099 somehow removed my signature options AND when I go to Fill and Sign, not only is the signature section blank, it does not ask me to insert a new signature. I click and nothing happens.
Adobe Reader is a continuous update thing so I can't tell what I had before.
Why can't I make a new one? Because it does not show those functions as available.
