Revision Clouds, Text Box with Leaders etc.

Hi,

I'm trying to edit pdfs using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I want to cloud revisions and create text boxes with leaders to point out changes.  Is this possible in my version of Adobe?  Is there another version of Adobe that I need to complete these tasks?
