Rich Media – Embed video, imports at 4:3 instead of 16:9

Hi, Im having issues importaing at video into a PDF. The video has been rendered at 16:9, but no matter what I do it come in at 4:3 with black bars top and bottom. How can I remove these bars and keep things 16:9. Can someone help please???

Hope you are doing well.

 

While adding the video to pdf file there is one checkbox "Snap to Content" which is bydefault checked. So, it is require to deselect that checkbox in order to have the video play without the black bars top. 

Try to deselect "snap to content" checkbox and then play the video.
