We've got an internal form that needs to be signed by several people. We've got it figured out how to route it to everyone, but due to the nature of this form we don't want each party to receive a finalized copy of the form once they have signed their portion of it. Is there a way to turn off that functionality so that only the person who initially sends out the form is able to receive the finalized version?

This is the design behavior of the application, we do not have the option to turn it off, yet. An email is sent to the signers asking them to sign the agreements. Once signed, both you and your signers receive the signed PDF by email. For more info. please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html
