Rows/Fields automatically repeating

Hello!

Can you help me please with a code that will add new rows/fields after completing the ones before?

This is a screenshot to show exactly what I want to do.

It's not that easy to make, you need to have reserved space in your file for new fields, it would be much easier to create new rows in advance and then hide them until you need them, or use layers instead.
