good morning, i was trying to print a book by adobe acrobat, in the middle of printing the printer crashed and the printing stopped. How do I resume printing the back of the booklet, from the middle part? thanks.

Well, if this is happening in Micrososft Windows computer, and if you were able to restart the printer successfully, have you checked if the printing document is still accessible in the print manager (also known as the print spooler service, if I am not mistaken).

When you open the print manager console, there should be a list of qeued  or current print jobs.

Right-clicking on the desired print job from that list should open a brief context menu with options to resume, stop or cancel, or delete the job.

I would say to select "Resume" if it is available.
